Think brewing is as simple as ground coffee and hot water?
Think again!

Join us for this 90-minute intensive taking on extraction; one of the most crucial and tricky-to-master concepts around coffee brewing.

This is a great class for intermediate baristas and home enthusiasts alike.

Karley will be going over how to measure total dissolved solids using tools of the trade, as well as the effects of under and over extracted coffee, and how to troubleshoot when these occur.

Space is limited- RSVP today!

0-15:

Brewing Basics

Shae will introduce himself and go over the basic principals around the pour over method, the tools you'll be using and why they are important, and the coffee you'll be brewing up together!

15-30:

First Brew

The class will receive a step-by-step demonstration using Fellow's Stagg [X] Dripper and Stagg EKG Electric Pour-Over Kettle.

30-60:

Pour It Up

All together now! We'll spend the rest of the class perfecting your new brew skills, with Shae supporting each of you through the process.
